oscar is a dude with a wife & a couple kids who lives out in staten island & wouldve eventually wound up on to catch a predator if that show had still been running. (his kids are fine please dont worry) his dipshit activities were limited to online stuff (most likely with other grown men freaks also masquerading as kids cus this dude is Not good at the internet), & the events of SADS2 are the first time hes actually Mustered Up The Dipshittedness to go out & do whatever the hell he thinks hes doing. that obviously worked out great for him.
